3. How information relating to reservations and stays is processed

When a booking is made by you or on your behalf or on the behalf of others, we process the information we need to fulfill the agreement regarding ordering and purchasing services. We also process personal data to troubleshoot and correct errors. We do not carry out regular and systematic large-scale monitoring of registers. For most categories of registers, we mostly process general personal data such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number etc. We have concluded that our company is not subject to the requirement to have a data protection representative.

Vrådal Hyttegrend uses data processors to be able to deliver services to you. For our web solution with an online booking system, we use software supplied by Solidres. For payment of online bookings, we use services from Stripe Inc
